"What's the Catch?" Honestly, That's Exactly Why We Built It This Way.
We get this question a lot. "This sounds too good to be true."
Fair. And that reaction is exactly why we built the model this way.
We're a coaching and consulting company ourselves, so we see the same nonsense out there that you do. The question we kept asking was simple. How do we build something so no-brainer that any established coach or consultant would look at it and think, why wouldn't I do this?
Two reasons sit behind that.
One, we want the best coaches running groups for us. Not our competitors. That part's obvious.
Two, we want partners for the long run. I've got coaches who've kept the same members for four years, and we're still in their corner providing resources. But let's be clear about who owns what. They're your clients. You run them, you manage the relationship, you make the money. Nobody's left because you keep your members for years.
So the real question becomes, why would a coach like that need a partner like us at all? Because we made the arrangement easy enough that staying is the obvious call, not the complicated one.
I get the skepticism. I'd have the same reaction. We built it this way because there's too much nonsense already in this industry, and we'd rather work with the coaches who want to help people the same way we do.
No catch. Just a model built to make staying the easy decision.
