Is ScaleSmart Leadership Legit? Here's What You Can Verify
A coach said this to me on a call the other day. "I researched you guys and there's not much out there."
He was right. There isn't.
We're a B2B coaching company serving a few hundred business owners, not a consumer brand chasing an audience of a million. We're not a B2C company, and we never tried to be. Most of the coaches running our groups don't have a big online footprint either, and that's never been the thing that determines whether someone can deliver. The largest peer group coaching company on the planet, a billion-dollar company that's been around for decades, keeps a small online footprint too.
So I wouldn't judge us by follower count. I'd judge us by what you can verify.
We have an office in Chicagoland. I'm sitting in it now, with pictures of my kids on the wall behind me. There's an address on our website. We're registered with the state of Illinois, and you can check that on the state's own website. You can read our contract before you sign anything. You can come visit the office. You can meet my family if you want.
And to be fully transparent, we're a team of 10. We're not a giant company, and we're not a small one pretending to be giant. That would be the bigger red flag.
I understand the skepticism. I'm built the same way. More skeptical than most of the coaches I talk to, if I'm honest. So bring it to the call.
I'll answer every question you've got.
