FAQS

The "Corporate Advisory Group System" is a roundtable of sorts that someone like me would facilitate and lead? Similar to a Vistage?

Yes, similar. Except Vistage typically is very expensive for the coach. Very time consuming b/c there is not a lot of help for the coach upfront to fill the groups. Very cookie cutter and ultimately these clients are not the coaches but Vistages'.

Who acquires and places members in the Corporate Advisory Group System?

We do most of the heavy lifting here. They're ultimately YOUR clients, so you'll be taking enrollment/intro calls to bring them into your group (b/c they're buying your brand not us, but we have a process for you to follow on this).

You have a finite number of "cohorts", Did a coach leave your system and now you're looking to fill that vacancy?

No, we're looking to expand our cohort. If a coach is not a fit, we'll know pretty quickly. We only onboard about 3-4 coaches at a time, hence our interview process. We make revenue from the groups, so we need established coaches.

How does your company get paid? By whom?

We get paid as soon as members sign up and join your group. We also collect a small one time setup fee to get you rolling quickly!

Are you like a Coaching Agency?

No, we're not. Coaching agencies don't require anything upfront. But, there's NO guarantees they actually send you clients b/c they compete you against other coaches, thus no controlled growth. And, they typically retain 50-80% of the revenue. Not very coach "friendly" as it seems.

How does the coach get paid? By whom?

You collect from the client, we get paid after they join your group.

Is the coach a W2 employee of your company? Or a 1099 consultant?

Consultant, you're not an employee of ours.
